I. PROJECT DEFINITION
This body of work is a single integrated framework addressing a shared failure mode across multiple domains:
Systems that prohibit foundational “why” questions accumulate entropy, fragment, and destabilize.
The framework identifies coherence (Logos alignment) as a measurable, cross-domain survivability constraint, not a theological preference.
II. CORE CLAIM
Coherence is not optional. Any system—scientific, psychological, social, or theological—that suppresses explanatory grounding will exhibit rising entropy, fragmentation, and eventual collapse.
III. ARCHITECTURE OVERVIEW (Reading Dependencies)
LAYER 1: LOGICAL / ONTOLOGICAL PRIMITIVES (FOUNDATION)
- Purpose: Establish non-negotiable constraints for intelligibility.
- Core Logic: Mathematical truth and logical validity are objective constraints. Unitary reductions fail. Intelligibility requires irreducible triadic closure.
- Output: A bounded logical space in which coherent systems must operate.
LAYER 2: METHODOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS (WHY SYSTEMS FAIL)
- Purpose: Show how modern disciplines systematically violate Layer 1.
- Core Logic: The 1927 shift to instrumentalism (“Shut up and calculate”). The prohibition of “why” questions.
- Empirical Signature: Fragmentation, interpretive debris, and siloing.
- Output: A historical explanation for current disciplinary crises.
LAYER 3: EVALUATION METRICS (HOW TO MEASURE SURVIVAL)
- Purpose: Replace popularity-based evaluation with survivability metrics.
- Metrics:
- UTDGS: Measures defense depth and objection engagement.
- Structural Coherence Invariants (“Fruits”): Measures error absorption (Grace), consistency (Peace), and update capacity (Humility).
- Output: A domain-agnostic scoring system for theory robustness and collapse prediction.
LAYER 4: DOMAIN APPLICATIONS (INSTANTIATIONS)
- Purpose: Demonstrate the coherence/entropy pattern across reality.
- Applications: Physics (Hubble Tension), Psychology (Mental Health Crisis), Sociology (Trust Collapse), and Theology (Sola Gratia as Thermodynamics).
- Output: Proof that the framework is structural, not domain-specific.
IV. WHAT THIS PROJECT IS NOT
- Not a “God-of-the-gaps” argument.

- Not dependent on peer consensus.
