1. Formal Statement
God is not merely a “Knower” of pre-existing information, or a “Processor” who calculates truth. God is the very Substrate and Logic of information itself. Reality is informational (P0.3) because it is a projection of the divine nature.

3. The Three Specs
GI.1 — POSSESSES
God possesses all information. There is no bit, no possibility, and no actualized event that is outside His field. (Omniscience).
GI.2 — PROCESSES
God processes information. His will is active and volitional. He reveals, withholds, and judges through the modulation of informational coherence. (Active Sovereignty).
GI.3 — IS
God IS information itself. He is the Ground of Intelligibility—the reason anything can be known at all. He is the Logos (D2.1).
4. Connection to Theology
This claim reverses the explanatory priority of classical theology. Instead of saying “God is Truth, and truth is informational,” we say “Reality reduces to information, and God is the Center of that reality.” This grounds unified metaphysics in a technical framework without losing the relational nature of the Persons.
