Predictions
Predictions are the forward claims a framework is willing to make. They are the test of whether the structure actually describes reality.
A system that makes no predictions cannot be trusted, because it cannot be wrong. A system that predicts can be refined.
Predictions are not arrogance. They are responsibility. They say, “This is what should happen if we are right.”
Prediction is the discipline of hope under constraint.
