Omnipresence is not God being “spread out” like a gas. It is God’s immediate presence at every point because every point exists through His observation (G01).

The valley of death is not outside God’s presence. He is there too.

Because God is everywhere:
- No situation is beyond His reach
- No location is outside His care
- No prison, no hospital, no battlefield is God-forsaken
You cannot go somewhere God cannot meet you. This is the ninth good news: God is always present. You are never out of reach of infinite love.
