External Standards (Quarantine)
Purpose: quarantine external frameworks (Hoffman/IIT/Bohm/CTMU/Hartman/etc.) so we can compare them against the Theophysics spine without polluting canonical axioms/definitions.
Rules:
- Nothing in this folder is treated as canonical.
- Any disagreements are logged as conflicts and we move on.
- If we adopt something later, we create/upgrade the corresponding canonical note in-place (usually
02_Definitions/, then lemmas/hypotheses).

D-012,D-013).
