Scope

Define the Ten Laws and the master equation as the system’s governing formalism, with explicit variable dictionary and operator semantics.

Canonical axiom range (reserved)

• AX-138–AX-175 (includes master equation anchor, e.g., AX-148 if that remains canonical)

Deliverables required for completeness

• Variable dictionary (C, K, G, M, …) as DEFINITION notes
• Operator dictionary (every term in the equation links to an OP-###)
• At least one end-to-end causal chain into P-08 Validation

Anticipated objections & replies

• “Equations are decorative.” → Every symbol must have a typed definition + a downstream test hook or it gets cut.
