OP-003: Actualizer Operator ($\hat{S}$)
Purpose
The Actualizer Operator corresponds to the Holy Spirit (D0.6). It is the Selection/Projection Operator responsible for Wavefunction Collapse — determining which specific history becomes physically real.

Objection 1: “Why is actualization separate from ordering?”
Reply: Structure without actualization is eternal potential (Platonic forms without instantiation). Actualization without structure is random noise. The distinction reflects:

- Making a specific move (actualization) These are logically distinct: you can know the rules without playing.
Objection 2: “Wavefunction collapse is just decoherence, not a new operator”
Reply: Decoherence ($\hat{D}$, OP-030) explains the APPEARANCE of collapse (loss of interference). It does not explain the SELECTION of one outcome. $\hat{D}$ diagonalizes the density matrix; $\hat{S}$ picks which diagonal element becomes real. These are complementary, not identical.
Objection 3: “This is just Copenhagen interpretation dressed up”
Reply: Copenhagen identifies collapse with measurement but doesn’t explain the mechanism. Theophysics identifies the mechanism: $\hat{S}$ operates through the Intervention Channel (D-014), the Heisenberg indeterminacy gap. This is a physical account, not just an interpretation.
Objection 4: “Free will is illusory if $\hat{S}$ selects”
