AX-034: Immaterial (Not A Material Subsystem)
Statement (one sentence)
God is not a material subsystem inside spacetime and is not governed by the same constraints as material dynamics.
Intended meaning (2-5 sentences)
This is a type boundary: the divine layer is modeled as the ground/constraint layer for the system, not an object in the system. It prevents category errors where divine actions are treated as forces among forces without an explicit interface contract. Any coupling to the material domain must therefore be represented through typed operators/interfaces, not ad hoc “extra physics.”
What this is NOT claiming
- Not that God is “non-real” or “abstract only.”
- Not that the material domain is unreal; it is a real constrained domain.
Downstream commitments
- Any claim of divine action inside the formal layer must route through declared interfaces (e.g., AX-026 Providence Interface, AX-027 Intervention Interface).
