AX-032: Universal (Omnis)
Statement (one sentence)
The divine ground has capacity (information/ability/presence) not bounded by the created system it grounds.
Intended meaning (2-5 sentences)
This is an operator-level capacity constraint: whatever grounds a finite system cannot be “smaller” than the system it generates/contains. In the formal layer it functions as a ceiling claim: the divine layer is not resource-limited the way subsystems are. The axiom is defended as a coherence requirement for grounding roles, not as a measurement claim.
What this is NOT claiming
- Not a claim that we can empirically measure “God’s information” directly in T2.
- Not that the created system is illusory; it remains a real constrained domain.
Downstream commitments
- When the framework uses “complete access” or global constraint governance, it must not silently assume finite subsystems can store/compute the whole system state.
