The fundamental, self-grounding informational substrate of reality. It is not merely a passive field but the active source of all order, reason, and meaning (Logos). It contains all of reality in a state of unmanifested potential and is the medium through which all physical laws, constants, and coherent structures are instantiated. It is the ontological ground of both being and intelligibility.
